WAY Remuneration Approach
While we are flexible in discussing the optimal approach for each partner to achieve their goals, we have three potential frameworks for partnerships and remuneration.
1. Project Consulting
For a defined project with specific objectives and timelines, support is provided for elements of the Go-to-Market strategy.
Remuneration: Project fee based on milestones.
2. Market Entry Partnership
For those looking to establish a local partner to manage Go-to-Market operations comprehensively.
Remuneration: Monthly retainer plus revenue share.
3. Personalised Model
Establishing a joint venture in the local market with an exit strategy after three years, based on agreed milestones.
Remuneration: Equity partnership in the local entity and revenue share.
The WAY opportunity
Market Fit: we assess the feasibility and the level of interest for the proposed AdTech solution within the geography identified by conducting preliminary checks with the target clients.
When there’s evidence of a Market interest and relevance, we start the commercial agreements negotiations, involving one or more WAY Senior Partners, together with the AdTech product specialists and temporary resources (if/wen needed)
We support the AdTech Solution Provider to setup their own structure, or we keep managing directly the commercial activities

Angelo Greggi
Experienced entrepreneur, consultant and investor in the digital, marketing and advertising industry.
Background in multinationals (Unilever, McKinsey). Led the digital transformation of several top-tier clients. Partnered with AdTech companies such as Teads, Seedtag and Nova to set up their Italian businesses, bringing innovative and impactful marketing/advertising solutions in the Italian market, then developed their business at a European level. Also involved as co-founder in digital startups (sharing economy, e-commerce, publishing, infomediation).
Barbara Bontempi
20+ years in communication and media, specialized in digital marketing and non-traditional channels.
She has held senior roles in top agencies (WPP, Omnicom), building vertical teams from the ground up. Worked for Publishers (Condè Nast, Sole 24 Ore and many others) with a specific focus on digital transformation and product innovation. Launched her own ventures in content curation/syndication and auditing, collaborated with the VC DigitalMagics. Driven by passion and curiosity, she teaches at university and participates in different advisory boards caring especially for marketing innovation and change management.

Carlo Poss, CEO
Carlo Poss is a senior executive and recognized expert in media and digital advertising, with over 20 years of experience across multinational companies and innovative ventures. He began his career at Publitalia'80 (Mediaset Group) before launching DoubleClick in Italy as CEO, later leading its European merger with AdLINK Media. In 2009, following the acquisition by Hi-Media (now AdUX), he became Managing Director Italy. He launched Quantum and then SunMedia (now rebranded EXTE). He is widely regarded as a thought leader in Italy's digital media and AdTech landscape.
